Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This  has the Yakima base tracks installed and a 68" Yakima OverHaul HD system included. There are scratches and tooling marks on the underside of all three panels that occurred during production. The cab and tail panels are sitting slightly higher than the center panel causing small gaps on the passenger side gutters. There’s is a scuff in the coating on the cab panel and the passenger side cab panel base track is scratched. Gaps in cab and tail panel studs may cause minor noise while driving in certain scenarios.
